Returns

Returns and exchanges must be made within 4 business days of receiving your merchandise, and require an authorization number. You can obtain a Return Authorization number by sending a description of the problem along with your order number to returns@lacreshasboutique.com

Shipping and handling on returned merchandise is nonrefundable (unless  the wrong item was shipped). All merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached. Please remember that you will beresponsible for the shipping costs and it is highly recommended that you send your package with insurance to protect your item from loss during shipping. Once your return is processed, your credit card will be refunded for the amount of your purchase minus the shipping charges. Please allow 4-6 weeks from the shipping date for your account to be credited and 1-2 billing cycles for your credit card refund to appear on your statement.
